The massive 7-feet jaw opening (2.13 m | 84 in) accommodates a wider range of round and square bales as well as various materials and object sizes, even awkwardly shaped items, maintaining excellent maneuverability, saving the operator time and efforts.

Designed for moving round and square bales of hay, straw or silage, this bucket with twin-arm grapple handles can also manage dirt, snow, silage, poles, posts or anything else you throw at it.

Safety is paramount when loading a TMR or any other feedout wagons. With this bucket, you can cut and remove strings at ground level, eliminating the need for hazardous string-cutting above the wagon.

GrappleMax stands out with its fully fabricated grapple arms, a superior alternative to those using RHS (rectangular hollow sections). Unlike segmented designs, GrappleMax’s arms are crafted like an excavator boom, boosting strength and clamping power. This fully fabricated approach strategically distributes strength where needed most. The triangular shape ensures excellent clearance around bales, minimizing obstacles or interference during clamping.

GrappleMax’s rams and hydraulic hoses are fully protected. Unlike many grapples where hoses are exposed at the top of the rams, the hoses of the GrappleMax are ingeniously placed at the bottom and inside the arms, preventing any snagging. Additionally, a robust metal shield safeguards the ram’s spear, eliminating the risk of damage.

GrappleMax employs high-grade materials like RockGuard™ 400 (AR400) and RockGuard™ 500 wear plates (AR500), surpassing the industry norm of 350-grade wear plates. This ensures exceptional wear resistance, contributing to an extended lifespan for the machine.

The top of the bucket is narrower than the bottom floor, and the back of the bucket is narrower than the bucket opening. This design enables easier material emptying and reduces corner clogging when handling sticky materials.
